Work with me

I'm not great at finishing things.

In May 2026, for the first time, I finished one.

I decided to stop collecting ideas and start shipping them. I'm finishing what I started, building AI automation for small businesses, and documenting every curious experiment, win, and mistake along the way.

Build Log (& entrepreneurship mishaps)
2022
Had a client who was a funnel builder — got me curious about how apps are designed. Enrolled in a quick UI/UX starter course in Figma and built a prototype called Pomo Todo. The first thing I ever finished and showcased to a group. My first experience designing a prototype app.
Early 2023
Created my first digital shop and ran Facebook ads. Spent $275 ($150 course + $50 ads + $75 running costs), made back $100. A loss — but probably the first dollar I ever earned off the internet.
Late 2023
Bought a $1,000 course on digital marketing. It gave me the idea for the 12:12 Planner — designed it in Canva, got it to 90% done. Never showed it to the world, but kept using it on my own.
2024 – early 2026
Pulled back to focus on myself. Been on the safe side. Kept bouncing ideas off ChatGPT — but built nothing real.
May 2026
Joined a community and actually finished the course. The first thing I've completed after years of buying courses that didn't stick.
June 2026
In one month: launched Folowyn.io end to end, finally finished the 12:12 Planner (done it better — 2× the original), and trained my AI receptionist.
In progress
Opening my AI automation services to its first founding clients. Also making the webapp work offline anywhere — no GoodNotes required.
Goal
Earn my first dollar in AI. 🌱
Work with Me — Let's Talk

Whether you want to know if AI can help your business, have a collab idea, or just want to say hi — I'm here for it.

Have a quick question? Flo knows my services and availability — ask away.

🌱 Folowyn just launched — here's exactly where I stand. Looking to onboard my first AI automation clients. The system is built and tested — I'm doing the outreach myself, by hand, right now. Founding clients get a lower rate in exchange for letting me document the results.

From working with founders across different industries.

About Me

I've been a generalist VA for seven years — equal parts EA, ops, and project management. I kept meaning to pick one lane and go deep. The build log is the receipt for why I never did, until this year.

💡 "Let AI handle the repetitive stuff so humans can do the high-value work." — my founder. One sentence, and everything shifted.

I'm now leaning into being the human who manages AI — the smartest tool, one that's smarter than me in many ways. That's the lane I'm finally picking.

I used to be afraid of spending money on things that might not pay off. Now with a different mindset, I'm treating it as research and investment instead of a loss.

Outside of all this: I'm teaching my dog Tofi six commands, one at a time. My only real goal for 2026 is in the build log — and I'm letting it change every month until it happens.

If you're hiring me, I'd rather do the bare minimum on promises. I'm someone who'll actually dig into your specific problem, because I've wasted enough of my own time and money to know exactly what that costs someone else.

What people say
"Most people in this kind of role look for what they're supposed to do, then do that work. Nadine looks at what the business actually needs and proactively makes suggestions — most of which we've actually implemented over the years."
"Nadine is extremely helpful with workflows, tracking data, organizing events, booking podcast guests, and overall customer relationship management. I always say she's basically the office manager of our company."
"Nadine is really dependable, very friendly, a genuinely amazing person. If you ever get a chance to work with her — jump on it. You'll be blown away."
